Curtis Wright Outfitters offers customized team building programs for groups of any size.  These programs focus groups on achieving a common goal and are designed to build morale, emphasize leadership skills, develop and define communication styles, and highlight complementary strengths.  Team building programs can include a fishing theme and can emphasize both outdoor recreation and therapeutic applications.

The following scenario is an example of a half day program with fly fishing theme.  Choice of stations, program length, and degree of competition can be tailored to group size and objectives. Gear Up! Bug Out! Fish On!
